Now that the previous iPhone 3G prediction (http://www.thestandard.com/predictions/3g-iphone-jailbroken-within-week) is winding down, and there still isn't any firm proof that an unlock has been done, lets see if the iPhone-dev guys (or anyone else) can get it done this month.
For this prediction to be judged favorably, an unlocking tool must be released to the public, which allows a stock US iPhone 3G to be unlocked and used with a T-Mobile SIM card.
