No kidding. I see a class action lawsuit coming out of this one (because just about everything Apple does it gets sued for anyway). Hell, I would sign up for this one. Apparently Apple wants me to pay close to $100 for them to remove the DRM from my already purchased music whereas if I purchase all the music today, it would come DRM free for the same cost I have already paid once. BS!

Someone NEEDS to create a Bunjie.com application for Halo 3 users. The world of Halo 3 has become a HUGE phenominon and what many iPhone users would love is an app that displays a running total of Halo 3 online stats such as the Bunjie website does.

PLEASE suggest how I would go about making this happen!!!!!!!!!

We are really betting on a range not a figure so its a much easier. IDC doesn't mention if they adjust their revenue figures by the GDP deflator or some other price deflator--that is important for this case. People often forget that revenues are a function of prices while unit sales figures are not. For example consider the huge swings in consumer retail spending and distortion of inflation numbers by ballooning and plunging gasoline prices in 2008. In some months nearly all of the increase in retail revenues was gasoline price increases--while people were actually buying less gasoline. It is the same with tech sales. So this prediction is a no-brainer if forecasts were not adjusted to account for expected price changes. The drop will be more than that--even if unit sales remain constant (which almost certainly they won't) price cuts across the board in the kind of tough market where Intel sees a 30% drop in sales will be certainly be over the 3.05% needed to reach that figure.

Lori Drew's case holds a lot of lessons for a lot of people. It is about cyberbullying, which is behavior for which society has little tolerance. Cyberbullying is poison for anyone it touches. An institution like Myspace -- or a library or a school, which provides patrons, students or guests access to the Internet -- has plentiful incentive to stamp out cyberbullying within its system and its PCs. Regardless of how the law says it (through a misdemeanor criminal conviction or otherwise), the law has made clear it wants to find a way to punish anyone involved with cyberbullying. --Ben

Incidentally, can you look into the
Ad spending will shift from impression to performance-based marketing in 2008 prediction that is being judged. According IAB 2008 Q3 report, it already shows performance-based marketing with more market share than impression-based. IMO, it has sufficient data to support rendering of judgment.
